Key Responsibilities:
Organize PO requisitions from facility suppliers and ensure payment is made timeously
Management and monitoring of stationery and grocery consumption.
Ensure allocation of stationery and grocery orders to projects and departments
Obtain quotations and distribute costs for courier to the relevant staff members
Relieve receptionist during the day
Inform relief team when annual leave has been scheduled and draw up relief roster
Team Management
New Staff/leaving staff arrangements
Order and issue groceries and stationery.
Order and issue stationery and allocate to projects/teams as required.
Ensure process flows are completed for stationery, groceries, telecoms, driver log and supplier onboarding
Ensure all staff are trained to complete their own timesheets
Coordinate internal and external resources and cultivate relationships with vendors
Knowledge and Skills:
Education
Minimum Matric
Tertiary Qualification advantageous
Experience
Advanced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
Minimum 6 years related working experience managing a Team as an Office Manager
Strong time management and people skills, high degree of flexibility and excellent ,multi tasking ability
