Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally. Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Prepare and process documents, reports, and correspondence.Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for staff. Assist in data entry, record keeping, and updating databases. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Order office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked. Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and expense tracking. Assist with preparing presentations and other documentation as needed. Perform general office duties like photocopying, scanning, and filing. Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.

Qualifications:



High School Diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work. Friendly and professional demeanor.

Working Conditions:



Office environment with standard working hours. Predominantly sedentary work with occasional standing or moving about. May require extended periods of sitting at a desk.

Pay: From R7500,00 per month

Work Location: In person
