Contract valid till 17 May 2026.

About the Role
As Information Manager, you will lead the procurement, organization, and distribution of critical information assets that support the Investor Services clients across Africa. This role blends editorial precision, digital resource management, and strategic delivery to ensure our clients receive timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end information lifecycle: sourcing, organizing, and distributing data to meet client needs
Work with online databases, content management systems, and internet resources, as well as traditional library materials
Coordinate the delivery of outputs across teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
Edit, rewrite, and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Ensure compliance with house style, grammar, and formatting standards.
Verify facts and resolve content queries with authors.
Maintain quality through structured editorial checklists.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to manage and optimize information assets
Coordinate and distribute Newsflashes across SA and ROA.
Manage publication schedules, templates, and distribution lists.
Support communication programmes and maintain online content platforms.
Support Investor Services teams with tailored information solutions that align with business objectives
Lead the preparation and submission of due diligence questionnaires.
Coordinate cross-functional input and ensure timely, high-quality responses.
Maintain stakeholder relationships and update content libraries post-submission.
Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement content strategies and calendars.
Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all channels.
Supervise editorial teams and enforce best practices.
Measure content effectiveness and maintain inventories and standards.
Proactively address client information needs.
Track and deliver accurate, timely responses.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess market developments and client impact.
Qualifications & Experience
BCom degree (3 or 4 years) related to - Editorial, Written Communications or Proofreading in English. Advantageous: Information Management or Information Systems qualification / Project Management qualification
No less than 3 - 7 years' experience within Marketing and Communication. 1 -2 years' project management experience
Strong background in Editorial, Written Communications, or Proofreading in English
Proven experience managing complex editorial projects from concept to completion
Solid understanding of marketing, communications, and information asset management
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
Working Conditions
Travel across Africa may be required to support regional teams
Shift work may apply depending on client and operational needs
