UnitedPay, a global leader in financial and digital services, is expanding operations into South Africa and is seeking assistance with the setup, registration, and facilitation of local payment wallets. This is a part-time contract role for a Local Payment Wallet Agent based in Johannesburg. The responsibilities include assisting with the setup, registration, and facilitation of local payment wallets and providing support to users of the wallet service. The agents will also help register local wallets available in South Africa.
Requirements'
Experience in financial services, payment processing, or digital wallets.
Familiarity with local payment systems and regulations related to payment processing.
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
Comfortable in communicating clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software systems.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will also be considered.
