Office Administrator/accounts Clerk

Job Description

Office administrator required for a fast paced office working on strict deadlines in the medical equipment and construction industry.

Must have experience in basic bookkeeping, debtors, creditors and general office administration.

Main Duties:

Reconcile Accounts -weekly and month end Capture Supplier invoices Capture Sales invoices Petty Cash Weekly Wages Reconcile suppliers and debtors for month end Process cash book and prepare documents for the accountant
Requirements:

Self Starter that can work independently as well as with teams Computer Literate with MS Office and MS Excel Sage or Pastel accounting experience minimum 5 years experience Excellent Communication skills in English and Afrikaans Valid drivers licence and own transport essential Minimum Matric qualification
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9000,00 - R12000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
