Job Description


Candidate Key Performance Outputs
Handle the day-to-day administration of the office.
Assist clients with quotes and directing them to the appropriate sales or technical staff.
Record keeping (Client, supplier and stock).
Ensure smooth logistics between suppliers, customers and management.
Invoicing clients, processing payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
Customer service and Communication
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Grade 12
Strong Administrative skills
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Focused and responsible
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Diploma or degree would be advantageous
Minimum 3 years experience in an administrator role
