Key Responsibilities
Contracts Management:
Prepare, distribute, and track staff contracts and related documentation.
SASAMS Program Oversight:
Manage and maintain the SASAMS system for the department, ensuring accurate learner records and compliance with reporting standards.
Administrative Support:
Provide efficient support to the school leadership team, including correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
Collaboration:
Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience in school administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in SASAMS or willingness to be trained.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and learner-centered values.
Must reside in Midrand or nearby.
