Matric certificate Relevant post-matric qualification Computer literacy is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) Fluency in English (spoken and written) Professional, well-presented, and personable demeanor Proven office administration experience, particularly in preparing RFQs and handling Tender
documentation

Key Responsibilities



Perform general office administration and filing duties Attend client sites when required to address operational matters Prepare and manage RFQs and Tenders Process payroll for workers at client sites Compile and submit weekly and monthly management reports
