Job Description

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.

Handle correspondence, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.

Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.

Support the management team with administrative and clerical tasks.

Assist with procurement of office supplies and vendor management.

Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as required.

Manage reception duties--answer calls, welcome visitors, and manage deliveries.

Ensure office equipment and facilities are well maintained.

Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks such as timesheets, book keeping, leave tracking, and invoice processing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R6500,00 per month

Education:

High School (matric) (Required)
Experience:

Office Administration: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
