Office Administrator Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office administration and filing (physical and digital)
  • Handle basic correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings and assist with calendar management
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and internal communications
  • Support basic record keeping, data capturing, and document management
  • Assist with office supplies management and coordination with suppliers
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
Requirements:
  • South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
  • Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
  • Matric.
  • Qualification in Film, Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
  • Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and engage with external stakeholders such as facilitators, creatives, and partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow programme briefs and guidelines.
