Position overview:
We are looking for a highly-organised, trustworthy, and adaptable Office Administrator to support senior leaders and take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, an energetic approach to getting the job done, and a high level of professionalism.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (office-based)

As we operate a mission-critical service, overtime may be required on occasion.
Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, COO and Operations Department
Manage office supplies, correspondence, and general filing
Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and schedules
Assist with document preparation, internal communications, and project reporting
Maintain accurate records and track all office and project deliverables
Communicate and co-ordinate with suppliers and clients on time-sensitive matters
Liaise with service providers, clients as well as internal teams
Assist with onboarding and support for clients
Manage petty cash and general day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
Minimum of five years' proven experience in an administrative or office support role
No criminal history (clear background check required)
Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (essential)
Comfortable working in an open office environment
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong organisational and time-management skills (essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (essential)
Complete efficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google equivalents
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information (essential)
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
Willingness to work overtime when required
