R4,500 - R7,000



We are recruiting a

motivated and detail-oriented office administrator

to support daily operations and ensure smooth office functioning. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is required--just a positive attitude and willingness to grow.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations Respond to internal and external queries promptly Monitor and manage office supply inventory Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required

Minimum Requirements



Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

No experience required -- training will be provided
