Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities:



- Assist walk-in clients

- Answering calls and switchboard operation

- Scan and file documents

- Purchasing Stationary

- Creating purchase orders and invoices using Xero

- Creating and sending quotes using Xero

- Follow up on customer and supplier queries and outstanding orders

- Data entry on Excel

- Assist with sales and purchases

Job Type: Full-time
