We're looking for a Marketing Manager - someone who lives and breathes brand storytelling, understands luxury aesthetics, and loves blending creativity with strategy.
You'll play a key role in shaping how Ocean Getaways is seen and felt in the world, turning our story into meaningful engagement and long-term growth.
In this role, you will:
? Craft and execute a brand marketing strategy focused on attracting high-net-worth leisure and corporate clients
? Design high-impact campaigns across digital, social, print, and experiential channels
? Lead storytelling and content creation that spark wanderlust and reflect effortless elegance
? Ensure every communication and touchpoint feels emotionally consistent and aspirational
? Oversee website updates, SEO performance, and CRM initiatives to nurture relationships
?? Collaborate with photographers, yacht managers, and media partners to maintain a cohesive luxury aesthetic
? Develop partnerships with complementary brands -- aviation, villas, resorts, lifestyle clubs
?? Strategically plan and support VIP events and brand experiences
? Measure and optimize campaign performance to turn insights into smarter, more beautiful results

?Working Hours : Full-time role - Fully remote with flexible hours . A core overlap from 9am to 2pm EST will be required.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need:
? Fluent in English with 3 -5 years of brand marketing experience within luxury travel.
? Strong mix of strategy and hands-on execution - you can plan, design, and deliver
? Skilled in brand storytelling, CRM, SEO/SEM, content creation, and digital analytics
? Confident working with affluent audiences and luxury aesthetics
? Excellent writing skills.
? Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
? Comfortable managing websites (CakePHP or similar) and CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho
? Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney) for content enhancement
? Data-literate, organized, and results-oriented - without losing creative flair
? Passion for travel, the ocean, and crafting experiences that feel personal and timeless.
Brownie points for:
? Well-traveled and culturally curious
? Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
? Skilled in video storytelling and presentation design
