Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will work with patients of all ages who have physical, developmental, emotional, or cognitive impairments to help them achieve independence in daily activities. The ideal candidate will assess patients' needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions to determine their functional abilities and limitations. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals (e.g., self-care, work, leisure). Use therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment, and assistive technology to enhance patients' independence. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support recovery and daily living. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, physical therapists, etc.) to ensure comprehensive care. Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in occupational therapy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. CPR/BLS certification (preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others. Experience in [specific setting, e.g., pediatrics, geriatrics, rehab] (preferred).
