Role Description:
This is a permanent position for an Occupational Health Nurse Practitioner.
The OHNP will be responsible for conducting medical examinations at various sites from a mobile clinic in and around Gauteng and South Africa.
Base Clinic: Spartan, Kempton Park
Hours: Mon to Fri07h30 to 16h00
Hours per Week: 40
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting medical examinations
- End of day administration
- Work within a team
- Travelling to various sites in and around Gauteng and South Africa
- Sleep out in safe and clean accommodation
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified in Occupational Health Nursing (Diploma / Degree)
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
- Qualification / Certificate in Spirometry, Audiometry and Vision Screening
- Registered with SASOHN
- 3-5 years experience in the Occupational Health setting
- Effective Client Liaison Communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- Computer literacy
- Professional conduct with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Experience with occupational health regulations and standards
