Our client, exporter of premium citrus fruit based in the
Citrusdal Valley
, Western Cape, has an opportunity for aHealthcare Manager
to oversee and manage their on-site health centre and wellness initiative. The healt centre was built in 2024 and is a modern facility.The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical skills with the ability to run and coordinate all aspects of a busy clinic.Start date: 2 February 2026
Working hours - 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Minimum Requirements
Occupational Health Degree or Diploma Registration with SANC is a pre-requisite Minimum 5 years' experience in community or rural health, plus leadership experience. Dispensing Qualification will be advantageous Strong understanding of Primary and Occupational Health. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Computer literate (MS Office). Empathetic, professional, and passionate about community health.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Primary Health Care services to employees and community members. Manage daily clinic operations, staff, and administration. Oversee Occupational Health program and service provider to ensure compliance with legislation. Promote preventative health and wellness through education and screenings. Maintain accurate, confidential health records and reporting. * Manage clinic budgets and contribute to continuous improvement.
