Nursing Services Coordinator
Job Description
This role is key to ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient resource management, and effective collaboration across clinical teams.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Nursing
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)
Current or previous experience as Unit Manager
Clinical exprience in either Rehabilitation, Orthopaedic, Surgical or Medical wards
Experience working with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Effective leadership and people management skills
Clear understanding of labour legislation, financial management, and supply chain principles
Understanding of private healthcare sector and funder industry.
Computer literacy (MS Office and clinical systems)
Valid drivers license
