Role Overview
The Nursing Recruiter (Healthcare Relations Manager) plays a central role in guiding nurses through the recruitment journey--from initial screening through offer and onboarding coordination. Operating within the healthcare recruitment industry, this role balances empathy, accountability, and operational rigor to ensure successful, long-term placements. The position is highly people-facing and execution-heavy, requiring frequent calls, clear communication, and structured follow-through. This role is ideal for a mission-driven professional who thrives in high-stakes environments, builds trust quickly, and remains diligent under demanding schedules. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused will excel in this role.
Your Impact:
You will directly influence the success and retention of international nurse placements by delivering a consistent, supportive candidate experience. Your work will ensure hospitals receive well-matched, committed nursing professionals while candidates feel guided and informed throughout the process. By maintaining accountability and clear communication, you will reduce drop-offs, improve placement success rates, and strengthen long-term relationships. Your contributions will support operational efficiency, candidate satisfaction, and the organization's mission to address critical healthcare staffing needs.
