Job Summary As a Non-Life Actuarial Manager, you'll lead and mentor a team of talented analysts and consultants, driving impactful projects across short-term insurance, reinsurance, and financial services.
From developing advanced pricing models and performing reserving analysis to advising on regulation and capital management -- you'll be at the forefront of technical innovation and strategic problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver actuarial projects in pricing, reserving, capital modelling, and risk management
• Manage and mentor a team of actuarial analysts, fostering technical and professional growth
• Oversee client deliverables and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, underwriting, and product teams to generate data driven insights

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:

• Nearly or newly qualified actuary (ASSA).
• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Experience:

• 5-7 years' experience in non-life actuarial work
• Consulting background or experience managing consulting-style projects
• Strong grounding in pricing, reserving, or capital modelling
• Proven leadership or team management experience
• Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Excel
• Experience with Emblem, Radar, or ResQ advantageous
• Exposure to IFRS 17 beneficial but not required
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
