Nightclub Bat Manager
- Manage all FOH & BOH functions for 3 physical bars across 2 floors in a large club environment in Cape Town CBD
- Recruit bar tenders, mixologists, runners, flaring cocktail bar tenders
- Train all staff
- Create specific menus for different bars
- Manage orders, cash ups, stock counts
