Night Porter

Our client in the Hospitality industry is currently looking for a Night Porter in Sea Point, Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

To ensure the safety and comfort of guests during the night by handling security matters, assisting with late check-ins, and addressing any overnight needs or concerns.
Assist guests by handling luggage and providing guidance on hotel facilities.
Coordinate transportation arrangements, including arranging taxis and booking tickets.
Run errands, such as managing dry cleaning tasks.
Take and deliver messages as needed.
Provide directions and guidance to guests.
Respond promptly to safety and security issues.
Address queries and assist in making reservations.
