Night Auditor (Hotel Reception)
Babylonstoren has an exciting opportunity for a Night Auditor to join its dynamic hotel team. This role is ideal for a reliable and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent guest service during night shifts.
Requirements:
A recognised hospitality qualification would be advantageous. A neat, professional and personable manner. Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. Fluency in Afrikaans and English, with strong communication skills. Willingness and availability to work night shifts and hospitality hours. Computer literacy. Experience with the OPERA property management system would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
Welcome, receive and check in guests. Process check-outs and close departing guests' accounts. Perform night audit procedures and generate required audit reports. Complete internal reporting in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Carry out general administrative and front office duties. Share knowledge of the Cape Winelands and what it has to offer.
