Job Description
We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Night Auditor. The ideal candidate will bring experience in luxury hospitality, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate front office and operational departments during night shifts. Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring all needs and special requirements are met. Complete Night Audit and reporting processes accurately, balancing departments and running end-of-day procedures. Maintain clear communication across departments to ensure smooth operations. Promote and upsell additional facilities and services. Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong knowledge of front office, housekeeping, and F&B procedures. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and Protel. Valid driver's license. Flexibility to work shifts and assist across departments. Knowledge of the Franschhoek area and surrounds is advantageous.
