Job Experience and skill
- A Chartered Accountant (SA) qualification, recently completed.
- Proven experience in Corporate Finance, Lending, or Transactions during articles or previous roles.
- A background in banking, particularly with TOPP Articles at a bank, is preferred.
- Prior experience as an Investment Banking Analyst is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Participating in the analysis, structuring, and execution of complex financial transactions.
- Conducting due diligence on potential transactions and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
- Assisting in the development of financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Providing valuable insights into market trends and contributing to investment strategies.
- Managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
