My client, an established Motor Dealer Group in the Umhlanga area, is searching for an experienced and driven
New Vehicle Sales Manager
to lead a dynamic sales team and deliver consistent performance in a very tough and competitive retail environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on the showroom floor, understands modern dealership operations, and knows how to motivate a team to achieve strong monthly results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 4 New Vehicle Sales Executives
Drive monthly sales targets while maintaining strong GP performance
Manage daily showroom activities, including deal structuring, approvals, and pipeline management
Actively participate in sales, second closing deals where required
Monitor individual performance and implement training and development plans
Ensure exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery
Maintain CRM discipline, reporting, and follow-ups
Work closely with finance, admin, and stock control departments
Implement marketing initiatives and strategies to support digital lead conversion
Ensure compliance with dealership processes and OEM standards
Minimum Requirements
Minimum
2 years' New Vehicle Sales Management experience
(essential)
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a dealership environment
Strong people management and coaching ability
Solid understanding of vehicle finance, F&I processes, and deal structuring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Professional appearance and customer-centric mindset
Valid driver's licence
Experience with European vehicle brands will be a distinct advantage.

Pay: R30000,00 - R35000,00 per month
