New Vehicle Sales Manager

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, manufacturer requirements, and legal regulations.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for sales team members.
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of new vehicle sales processes, financing options, and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
  • Valid driver's license.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS).
