Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager within a Franchised Dealership
Ford brand experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage high-volume sales environments
Solid understanding of CRM systems and dealership software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Manage day-to-day sales operations
Monitor inventory levels and work with management to optimise vehicle mix and pricing
Analyse sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
Handle customer escalations professionally and efficiently
Foster a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
