Lead and manage the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to each brand. Foster a culture of excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to drive showroom traffic and customer engagement. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities. * Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership policies.
