New Vehicle Sales Manager - Gauteng, Edenvale#DriveYourCareerForward xe2x80x93 step into the role of a New Car Sales Manager and lead from the front as a dynamic Selling Sales Manager, driving performance and results within the department.Our client is looking for 2 hands-on New Car Sales Managers for two different sales floors, to take charge as dynamic selling sales managers.The main purpose of this position is to supervise a well-organized and profitable new car sales department while actively contributing to sales targets. As a selling sales manager, you will lead by example xe2x80x93 driving unit sales, motivating the team, managing performance, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Duties include

  • Directly responsible to the Dealer Principal
  • Responsible for, Sales staff, drivers, cleaners
  • Will have company business relations with other company managers, sales, parts, financial, manufacturer and suppliers
  • Lead Effective Sales Meetings:
Conduct regular sales meetings by providing relevant performance data, reviewing current targets, encouraging team input, discussing CSI results, and outlining actionable steps. * Control Operational Costs:Ensure all departmental expenses remain within budgetary guidelines. * Manage Debtors Efficiently:Achieve set turnaround times on outstanding accounts to maintain healthy cash flow. * Ensure Accurate Reporting:Complete all financial, productivity, and sales reports accurately and on time, in line with expected performance standards. * Hands-On Business Oversight:Stay actively involved in daily operations, resolve issues proactively, and assess productivity to ensure optimal departmental performance. * Human Resource Management:Attract, develop, and retain skilled staff while addressing employee concerns proactively and constructively. * Facility Risk Compliance:Conduct regular physical inspections to ensure all facilities adhere to risk management standards. * Sales Team Development:Monitor the competence of Sales Executives and arrange appropriate training where necessary to support growth and performance. * Drive Marketing and Brand Awareness:Enhance visibility through customer feedback, direct sales initiatives, CSI summaries, and marketing campaigns aligned with the manufacturerxe2x80x99s brand strategy. * Manage Lost Leads:Track, analyse, and recover lost sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential. * Sell the maximum number of new cars
  • Achieve maximum first and second gross profits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
  • Initiate and close deals
  • Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
  • Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars
  • Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,
Requirements:
  • Must have min 3 years recent Automotive Car Sales Management experience or a min of 8-10 years selling experience as a sales executive at a franchise dealership (Kia, GWM (Haval), Chery, Hyundai, Suzuki)
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Bilingual (English, Afrikaans)
  • A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process
  • 3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips
  • Self and Target Driven
  • Leads Management and ability to generate own leads by leveraging multiple social networks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Negotiation and Deal building skills
  • Ambitious
  • Must have MS Office suite, DMS experience
  • Social media knowledge
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Reside on the Gauteng East Rand
