New Vehicle Sales Representative
Hyundai Bloemfontein
Hyundai Bloemfontein currently holds vacancy for a New Vehicle Sales Representative.
Reporting to the New Vehicles Sales Manager, this position will be suited to a person who has exposure selling vehicles and the ability to provide excellent customer service

• Understanding of the compliance governing the retail industry would be an advantage.
• Experience in cold calling to develop a client base
• Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
• Knowledge of competitive motor industry
• Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base.
• Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service
• Marketing and promotions
• Achieve monthly sales Targets by prospecting and converting new business opportunities
• Conduct professional vehicle demonstration and test drives tailored to customer operational needs
• Handle objection, close deals and exceed dealership expectations
• Team player

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking and attending events
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Advise customers on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
• Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge and sales technique
• Keep accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions , and follow -ups

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Driver's License
• Clear Criminal Record
• A minimum of Grade 12
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills
• Customer and team orientation
• Motor industry experience is essential
• Computer literacy is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 3 years sales executive experience
• Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets on budget
• interactions, and follow-ups
