We are seeking a sales executive who embodies our commitment to excellence and can contribute significantly to our continued growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend a suitable vehicle.
Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Negotiating deals and closing sales efficiently and effectively.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Utilizing CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.

We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to connect with diverse customers, listen actively, and articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
Strong Negotiation & Closing Abilities: A natural aptitude for identifying customer needs, overcoming objections, and confidently closing sales.
High Level of Proactiveness & Self-Motivation: The drive to consistently seek out new opportunities, follow up diligently, and take initiative to achieve targets without constant supervision.

MUST-HAVES:
Proven Success Track Record in Automotive Sales: Demonstrate a verifiable history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a previous automotive sales role.
Valid Driver's License: Essential for test drives and potential customer visits.
Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience and building lasting relationships.
