About Our Client
The company is one of the leader in telematics solutions.

New Business Development:
  • Drive revenue growth by selling the full solution stack to new customers.
  • Conduct cold calling and adhere to the daily customer visitation strategy.
  • Conduct a minimum of three new customer presentations daily.
  • Apply a solution-stack selling methodology in all engagements.
  • Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline through accurate CRM reporting and consistent follow-ups.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, pricing, and terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Customer Experience & Retention:
  • Adopt a first-call resolution culture for all customer interactions.
  • Conduct thorough client needs assessments and provide customized solutions.
  • Maintain a Customer Service Index (CSI) above 90%.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to reduce churn and promote loyalty.
General & Strategic Responsibilities:
  • Stay current with industry trends, market activity, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the company's growth strategy by identifying and exploring new market opportunities..

  • Sales Acumen: Proficient in B2B sales techniques and sales cycle management using BANT or similar methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Afrikaans speaking is a must
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably within a technical or fleet-focused environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation ability.
  • Self-motivated with a high sense of accountability.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and industry events.
