Job Description

Key requirements:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Strong value system (respectful, punctual, honest, integrity)
  • Self-motivated (being motivated by money / or prestige are very usable traits in this role)
  • Excellent communicator (articulate, well spoken, good listener)
  • Self-Confident but humble (not arrogant)
  • Someone who will take responsibility for the generation of sales with or without leads, owning their role and chasing a target with vigour and determination.

  • Intelligent (Quick Thinker)
  • Energetic & Enthusiastic
  • Consummate professional (dress/grooming/manners)
  • Approachable Personality, not abrasive or overly eccentric
  • Commercial acumen
  • Coachable, adaptable, open to feedback
Skills required:
  • Resilience - able to handle rejection
  • Staying motivated and persistent
  • Experience in talking to senior executives
  • Able to qualify prospects and spark an interest
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Comfortable to make 50+ sales calls in a day and use CRM system for tracking
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Generating new business leads through cold calling and networking
  • Qualifying prospects and identifying business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
