NEW BUSINESS & SALES CONSULTANT (Spa Industry)
CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS | ATLANTIC SEABOARD | W-Cape - South Africa
START: 01 November 2025
REPORT TO: National Sales Manager
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday | 08:00am - 17:00pm
- Closed on weekends & major public holidays
- Closed annually over Christmas & New Year break
- R14,000-00 Basic Salary per month
- Sales Commission earned
- Sales Incentives earned on new accounts opened
- Petrol Card (for company use only)
- Vehicle maintenance allowance (monthly)
- Product allowance (monthly)
- Company Cell Phone
- Formal qualification (Diploma/ Degree) in Beauty / Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
- On the road / B2B sales experience within Spa, Beauty, Cosmetics or Pharma industries
- Sales driven - this is the core KPI for this role
- Comfortable being on the road - this job requires a lot of traveling and driving
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer literate
- Own car and valid driver license - not negotiable
- Ability to work independently with support from Head Office as well as alongside team members
- Available to assist when operationally required for road shows, expos or launches
- Able to travel to other areas of the Cape including Southern Suburbs, Deep South, Atlantic Seaboard, Somerset West, Hermanus & Gansbaai
- Cruise Ship employment experience
- Spa Manager experience (on land or sea)
- Holistic & Wellness Therapies
- Pharmaceutical Sales
