Purpose
The New Business Partner is required to meet their own sales targets as set out by the objectives in the business.

Departmental Support to Management
Job Outputs:

  • Provide feedback to management regarding progress, issues, concerns and opportunities.
  • Assist management with implementing initiatives and tracking progress.
  • Provide input regarding pricing models.
  • Share recommendations to evolve service offerings.
  • Provide key insights to support the business review process.

Sales
Job Outputs:
  • Identify new business leads and upselling opportunities.
  • Understand potential clients businesses and how the company can add value.
  • Contact potential customers and close deals to meet targets.
  • Negotiate rates aligned with company pricing strategy.
  • Complete and submit all administrative tasks on time.
  • Engage and support new clients during onboarding.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Continuous Improvement
Job Outputs:
  • Stay updated with market trends and best practices.
  • Continuously develop communication, sales, relationship, and presentation skills.
  • Contribute to account management and strategic improvement plans.

Stakeholder Management
Job Outputs:
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders (Operations, Customer Service, etc.).
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs and business requirements.
  • Align with Regional Operations, CDS, and in-house agents.
  • Work with the Retention Regional Team Lead to transition new clients smoothly.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have own vehicle
  • 23 years sales experience in Healthcare/Pharm (Essential)
  • Grade 12 (Essential), Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business (Advantageous), Customer Management or Sales Certification (Advantageous)
