Our client in the Financial industry is currently looking for a New Business Executive (Cash Flow Capital Coverage), in Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.Responsibilities:

• Build a continuous new business sales pipeline across all group companies and products by onboarding new clients through lead generation, cross selling the group's products on a standalone and/or combined basis, attending meetings with new prospect clients, and closing sales.
• Financial Targets:
• Achieve 100% of product budgets per division.
• Maintain a profitable book and stay above product hurdle rates.
• Build and maintain a deal pipeline 150% of the allocated target with

60% success probability. * Close deals with the minimum average size of R800,000 per deal.

• Maintain credit approval and deal bank rates of at least 75%.
• Keep deal turnaround within 10 working days.
• Activity and Efficiencies:
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of group products, SOPs, credit, and legal frameworks (incl. FICA)
• Maintain a pipeline of 10 active deals per month.
• Achieve a product close rate of 2.00 per deal closed.
• Relationship Building:
• Maintain and grow external customer relationships.
• Promote the groupxe2x80x99s brand, values, and staff.
• Work as part of a unified team with shared goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years proven track record in achieving sales targets at a head-office level (Would be required to meet clients for large signoffs.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth product, credit, legal, and operational risk knowledge.
• Strong understanding of unsecured and secured lending.
• Customer-centric approach with the ability to tailor solutions.
• Skilled in structuring lending solutions across products.
• Confident in delivering sales pitches and handling objections.
• Cold-calling and lead generation expertise.
• Able to read financials and align them with loan structuring.

Remuneration:

• Up to R15 000 per month.
