New Business Development Specialist (IT Sales)

What You'll Do

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new opportunities, grow our customer base, and expand our market presence.

Client Solutions:

Understand client needs and recommend tailored IT solutions across hardware, software, cloud, and managed services.

Revenue Growth:

Achieve sales revenue and margin targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Tender & Proposal Management:

Participate in tender processes, prepare proposals, and collaborate with vendors to develop competitive pricing strategies.

Customer Success:

Build strong relationships, ensure SLA commitments are met, resolve service queries, and act as a trusted advisor.

Cloud & Product Sales:

Promote and upsell cloud adoption and emerging technology solutions.

Vendor Engagement:

Work closely with Microsoft and other key vendors to stay aligned with sales strategies and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in

IT sales/account management

, ideally within Microsoft solutions and services. Strong ability to understand and translate client business needs into tailored technology solutions. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Ability to manage sales pipelines, proposals, and forecasts effectively. A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
