Are you an IT (Information Technology) professional with a passion for keeping networks running at peak performance? Our client is looking for a skilled Network Support Officer to join their dynamic team in Bloemfontein.
Main Responsibilities:

• End user support
• Install and maintain CCTV equipment
• Access control systems support and maintenance
• PABX and VOIP telephone systems
• Clocking system support and maintenance
• Monthly depot checks
• Manage all ICT hardware needs
• Manage financial expenses
• Install and maintain two-way radios
• Install and maintain computer hardware and other automated equipment
• Carry out any reasonable task within your working environment

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum qualification of Grade 12 plus a relevant IT qualification
• A+ and N+

Skills and Experience Required:

• At least three (3) years direct working experience in an IT environment
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking principles
• Experience with CCTV setup and maintenance
• Familiarity with Unifi Controller and Ubiquity Hardware
• Familiarity with VOIP systems and Mikrotik Routers
• Solid understanding of Remote Technology (RDP, VNC, Team Viewer etc.)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and user account management
• Basic cabling skills and understanding of structured cabling standards
• Experience with two-way radio systems (e.g., Motorola, Kirisun)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Renumeration:

• R28 000 Cost to Company
