I'm looking to connect with Network & Security Engineers who have hands-on experience designing, securing, and supporting network infrastructure in on-prem and cloud environments. By partnering with me, you'll be considered for multiple upcoming roles where your networking and security expertise will be in high demand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructures.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security.
- Implement and maintain network security controls and policies.
- Support cloud-based networking and security solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network and security incidents.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and support security remediation.
Education:
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Security+, CCNA or Cisco-related certifications
- 3+ years experience as a Network Engineer or Network & Security Engineer.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security technologies.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and technologies.
- Exposure to cloud networking and security (Azure or AWS).
- Solid understanding of network security best practices and standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
