• Spearhead network performance analyses, planning, and upgrades to ensure top-tier service quality.
• Foster positive relationships with vendors, optimizing service through effective negotiation and communication.
• Map out and execute technology roadmaps, aligning with strategic business needs.
• Advocate for continuous improvement, integrating new ideas and technologies for operational excellence.
• Collaborate in design and planning sessions, ensuring the technical vision is aligned with business goals.
• Uphold high-quality standards in network management and operations, from design to deployment.

• A proven track record with over 5 years in IT, specializing in network and telecommunications.
• Mastery of routing and switching protocols (BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, STP, VPNs).
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional certifications (CCNP, JNCIP).
• Deep understanding of diverse network solutions, standards, and protocols.
• Proficiency in network automation and scripting (preferably Python).
• A global mindset, with experience working across diverse cultures.
• Stellar communication and leadership skills, able to guide projects with minimal supervision.
• Resilience under pressure and a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation.
