Mid-Level Network Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time: On-site
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Network Engineer to join our dynamic Contact Centre Operations team. This role is key to maintaining, designing, and enhancing the network infrastructure that supports our customer service teams and ensures a seamless customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in networking technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving network performance and reliability in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain SD-WAN, WAN, and LAN solutions for contact centre environments
Configure and manage advanced routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and Layer 3 routing and switching
Support and maintain multilayer switches and ensure optimal network performance
Provide Level 3 troubleshooting and support for network incidents and escalations
Collaborate with IT, operations, and vendor partners to enhance network architecture and business continuity
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support future technology upgrades
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN and WAN technologies
In-depth knowledge of BGP, Layer 3 switching, and multilayer switch configuration
Proven experience in network architecture design and implementation
Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to manage Level 3 support incidents
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
Desirable Certifications advantegeous:
Cisco CCNP, or equivalent certifications
SD-WAN vendor certifications (Cisco, Fortinet, VMware, etc.)
