Infrastructure Projects

Collaborate with operations teams on expansion projects such as towers, backhaul, SD-WAN, and LTE/5G integration. Document systems, configurations, and processes for scalability and future use.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

You're someone who thrives in fast-paced ISP environments and can balance proactive network scaling with responsive problem-solving. With over 5 years of experience, you are confident in your technical expertise, require minimal training, and have the ambition to grow into a leadership role. You're detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about building reliable, secure, and scalable networks.

Required Experience & Skills

5+ years of proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Mikrotik, Cisco, Wireless Technologies, and LTE/5G. Solid background in network design, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. Knowledge of firewalls, routing protocols, and security best practices. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day will be dynamic, combining customer support, hands-on configuration, and proactive optimization. You'll monitor networks, troubleshoot escalated issues, provision new connections, configure routers and firewalls, implement upgrades, and ensure network security. Alongside daily operations, you'll collaborate on expansion projects such as SD-WAN, LTE/5G deployments, and tower/backhaul enhancements. Occasionally, you'll also consult with business clients to design and implement tailored networking solutions.
