Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Network Engineer
to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-availability networks, both on-premises and cloud-based.Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN). Configure and install firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices. Monitor network performance and integrity using tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, or similar. Troubleshoot network issues and outages. Ensure network security and connectivity. Collaborate with IT team to manage software and hardware installations. Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures. Support disaster recovery planning and implementation. Stay updated with industry trends and technology developments.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: R1100,00 - R1260,00 per day
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
Work Location: On the road
