Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level .NET Developer with strong experience in C# and SQL to join our in-office development team. The ideal candidate will be a confident problem-solver who can take ownership of tasks and work independently without constant supervision.
Location: Cape Town. Northern Suburbs - Bellville / Durbanville
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET (Framework or Core)
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures (MS SQL Server)
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and data inconsistencies
- Translate business requirements into efficient and reliable technical solutions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality code and maintainable systems
- 3-5 years of professional experience with C# and .NET
- Strong SQL Server skills, including query optimization and stored procedure development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Solid understanding of software development best practices
- Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git)
- Experience with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or Dapper
- Exposure to REST APIs and service-based architecture
Must have a Drivers License
