Report on variances to the client, provides support to business units on utility matters, manage the SLAs with the different service providers on behalf of the client, administer utility billings to tenants and report on utility income, report on utility expense and queries. Manage staff effectively and provide guidance in terms of utility tasks, present annual utility training to the team to ensure all parties are up to date with the latest workflow and industry standards, meet client's standards and global standards in terms of utility management as set out in the Service Level Agreement with the client. The term utilities includes water, electricity, gas consumption, waste collection and data consumption.
