To support the process of providing assurance in compliance matters on admissions, articulation and immigration across campuses by auditing admission, articulation and immigration processes
Providing reasonable assurance through risk management of processes impacting the institution compliance status
Reporting The function will be reporting to the National Manager: Regulatory and Compliance.

+ Level 1 & 2 - Graduate qualification - compliance or any qualification with risk management or process optimisation Relevant work experience
+ Level 1 - Up to two years' experience in a compliance related role in Higher Education
+ Level 2 - Three years' plus experience

As the
Regulatory and Compliance Officer
, you will be primarily responsible to monitor the implementation of the following talent management processes:
Provide regulatory guidance and support on compliance requirements and commitments of the institution impacting the enrolment processes and academic journey:
Provide guidance on admission and immigration requirements to recruitment and student affairs teams and academics
Consult relevant internal and external stakeholders on special case
Validation and confirmation of documentation for internal and external purposes
+ Provide immigration guidance and support to business units including issuance of all official letters for international students
+ Validation and confirmation of documentation for internal and external purposes

Functional competencies Proficient MS Office Working knowledge of Regulation tracking systems knowledge of applicable regulatory policies Knowledge of audit processes and methodologies will be advantageous Behavioural competencies
