Our client who specialises in security services, parking management, pest control, cleaning, catering, and facilities management to name a few, is looking for a National Group HR Manager to join their team in Springfield, Durban North.

Purpose:
The successful National Group H.R. Manager will report to the Managing Director.
The National Group H.R. Manager will be responsible for providing effective H.R./I.R. support nationally.
Responsible for providing strategic advice, guidance, and leadership across the business on all areas of Human Resources such as staffing, recruiting, organisational development, performance management, training, compensation & benefits,
employee relations, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Recruitment process, including maintaining smooth onboarding processes, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and regulations on Recruitment.
- Coordinate and manage the Orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations
and terminations.
- Identify Training/Skills and Competency needs within the Group.
- Coordinate Career Development, Succession Planning, and Talent Management needs in partnership with line
management.
- Compile monthly Management reports as required.
- Update and implement all H.R. Policies and Procedures.
- Set Salary Scales and Allowances to ensure parity across the Group.
- Drive HR-related cost savings and manage H.R. budgets as set by Executive Management.
- Maintain oversight of all administrative responsibilities of H.R. staff.
- Ensure maximum utilisation of labour within budget guidelines.
- Ensure the sound application of Industrial Relations practices nationally.
- Chair any employee Selection Committees or meetings.
- Drive and participate in the Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Union Committee structures to ensure
fair and consistent application of all statutory requirements and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Certified.
- 8-10 years of experience in H.R. Management Role.
- 8-10 years of direct I.R. experience in the Security/Cleaning/Parking Industry.
- 8-10 years of solid C.C.M.A. Experience including representation at arbitration. (A proven track record is mandatory.)
- Extensive knowledge of Labour Legislation.
- Must come from a background that is unionized (Preferably in the Security Industry).
- Preferably an organisation that employs large amounts of people 5000+
- Relevant Degree/Diploma (H.R. Management, Industrial/ Organisational Psychology).
- Solid Computer Proficiency.
- Driverxe2x80x99s License Code 08 and own reliable vehicle.
