**Key Responsibilities:**
- Acquire new franchise partners and sell franchise opportunities for the Lew Geffen Sotheby's International Realty brand.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and secure potential franchisees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners, providing exceptional service and support.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to successfully close franchise agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align franchise sales goals with the company's overall strategy.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote our franchise offerings.
- Travel extensively across South Africa to meet with potential franchisees and represent the brand.
**Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a franchise or luxury market.
- Demonstrated sales track record with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the values of an international luxury brand.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently around South Africa.
