Eduvos is looking to employ the services of a National Coordinator: Sport to be based at our following campus.
Location: BDV (Bedfordview) or PDC (Parc du Cap / Tyger Valley)
Purpose of the role:
The National Sport Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and development of sports programs across all campuses. This role ensures alignment with Eduvos' national sports strategy, promotes student participation, and builds a cohesive and thriving sporting culture across the institution. This person will be the link of campuses and main National Sport Head. The role will be a national role and ensure that all processes are managed for campuses.
Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Recreation, Sport Science, Event Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years' experience in sport coordination, recreation programming, or student life.
  • Experience in organising events or student engagement initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the National Coordinator: Sport you will be responsible for :
Strategic Leadership
  • Completion and approval of the annual national sports strategy by Q1.
campus sports programs aligned with the national strategy.
Year-on-year growth in sports programs, leagues, and events.
Number of strategic meetings held with campus coordinators, federations, or partners.
strategic decisions implemented on time and achieving intended outcomes.
Number of new initiatives introduced to enhance student engagement and program quality.
Program Development & Coordination
  • National leagues, tournaments, and inter-campus events successfully executed.
80% of events delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
Student participation rate across all programs (50% increase YoY).
Feedback scores from participants and campus coordinators on program effectiveness.
Number of campuses implementing programs consistently according to national standard
Coaching & Staff Management
  • Coaches recruited, trained, and retained.
80% of campuses with qualified coaches appointed according to SOP.
Satisfaction level of campus sport coordinators and coaches (survey results).
Number of mentoring sessions or support initiatives provided to coaches.
Student Engagement & Development
  • Student participation rate in competitive, recreational, and social sports (50% growth YoY).
Number of students involved in leadership roles, E-Sports, or house/social initiatives.
Positive feedback from students regarding programs, events, and engagement opportunities.
Number of initiatives implemented to improve student wellbeing and inclusion through sport
Budgeting & Resource Management
  • 100% adherence to the allocated national sports budget.
programs or events delivered within budget.
Effective allocation of resources across campuses
Identification and implementation of cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
Compliance & Reporting
  • 100% compliance with legal, safety, and institutional policies across all programs.
Accurate and timely submission of reports on participation, budgets, and program outcomes.
Number of incidents or non-compliance issues reported
Implementation of recommended improvements from compliance audits or evaluations.
Partnerships & External Relations
  • 4of strategic partnerships established or maintained with federations, sponsors, and partners.
Successful collaboration on national events, tournaments, or activations.
Positive feedback from external partners and internal stakeholders.
Number of new opportunities identified for sponsorships, partnerships, or funding.
